This is quite new building. I want to make you feel at home. The place is really good location. -Airport bus stop just 4min walk. -subway line *NO1 'YeongDeungPo' station 3 min. *NO2 'Munlae' station 12 min. *NO5 'YeongDeungPo Market' station 7 min. -Time Square mall : one of the biggest complex shopping mall in Seoul. -Shinsegye, Lotte Department store -E-mart: The biggest grocery supermarket -CGV : Movie theater -Street food, Restaurants, cafes, hospital, beauty salon etc The space I want to make feel at home with my house. House have kitchenettes with refrigerators,microwaves, cookware/dishes/utensils, and coffee/tea makers(etc) This house has all kinds[sorts] of bath products and one Extra duvet set. Also, you can use washing machine include detergent . (* ) I strongly recommend for business trip, long trip, single trip and city tour. The house is located close to Times Square. It is located close to the food alley, so you can access a variety of food, and transportation is convenient. The bed is a super single. Perfect for a solo traveler. Accommodates up to 2 people. We have all the products you need for real life: refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, laser composite machine (scanner, print) TV, microwave, kitchenware, condiments, and more! There is a super single bed and one extra bedding set. Guest access You can use everyting inside house facilities.( wine cooler, coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine,rice pot,refrigerator, air conditioner, black laser print with scanner,tv, etc.) Specially, you can cook and have food in the house. Most of kitchen goods include. Other things to note The House Rules 1. This is not a party house 2. All the time keep the quiet, respect neighbors. 3. No extra people are allowed to stay over night in apartment. 4. Please be environmental friendly and turn off electricity & AC when you are no in the house. 5. Kindly securely lock windows and doors before leaving the house. 6. Please take off your shoes while in the room, Culturally, Korean don’t wear shoes in the house. 7. No smoking is allowed in the room and bulding please. There is a smoking area outside or roof top.
