A beautiful room in paradise

The place is a spacious and bright room, with an exclusive bathroom and a colonial balcony from which to contemplate a spectacular garden with all the traditional vegetation of Andalusian gardens and some unique species. The bed is large and there may be an extra bed, there is a table with armchairs that invites you to talk, a closet, an exclusive bathroom, free wifi and excellent food if you want to eat the house menu and it is requested. There is a pool and terrace under a vine and good company The space The courtyard-garden of the house is a unique place, a beautiful space presided over by a large bougainvillea with several leafy cypress and palm trees and a pergola with rose bushes and jasmine. The garden is completed by a swimming pool, intimate and surrounded by flowers and a greenhouse with cacti and succulent plants. The garden is surrounded by a simple building where the rooms of the owners' home, those of the guests and those of the residents are distributed, all full of light. There is a kitchen with the necessary elements for simple meals and it is adjacent to the garden, which can be shared by guests, and in the garden there are tables and comfortable armchairs where you can eat and chat with new friends To do some group activity or play a board game or eat in cold or rainy weather there is a flexible room with tables and chairs and a piano Guest access A kitchen is available. In the rooms, the use of the kitchen entails a cost of €2/room per day. If you choose to use it, you must say so to provide the necessary utensils. It is shared with permanent guests and cleaning depends on all users. It is also possible to have service for all meals of the day. There is laundry, swimming pool, wifi, library... Swimming pool and there are many more possibilities as long as you give some advance notice: use of kitchen or cooking class: use of the washing machine... to be compatible with the usual development of the life of the house. An additional charge may be levied for the requested uses For long stays, significant discounts apply. Breakfast can be requested the day before and we offer it in the garden at a cost of €4/person. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The use of the washing machine has a small cost. You can also request the use of an iron and other items. We like to make life pleasant for our guests. During your stay Breakfast is offered: provided the stay is two days or more, it is not included in the price. Breakfast is also not included for long-term stays with a discount. I usually talk as much as you want or even accompany you to something interesting, as you wish. I also teach traditional and quality cooking classes. Parking and even driving around is complicated. This beautiful city is labyrinthine and has narrow streets. This area is perhaps where there is more parking space in the surroundings, but it always depends on the time, the day... luck! However, we can arrange parking in nearby garages if requested in advance. Other things to note It is important to keep in mind upon arrival that parking is possible in the surroundings as there is plenty of room for it but it is not at all guaranteed as it is anywhere. It depends a lot on luck. If you find a spot, it's free and for an indefinite period of time. In any case, I can arrange a parking space in a very close and very comfortable garage, but I must know in advance to book it and it costs an amount that can vary according to the date. As we live in the house where the rooms we offer are located, we make recommendations that we think are useful on those dates, about gastronomy, events and parties... shopping, when we receive and talk with guests We consider that the standard occupancy of the room is two people and, as extra beds can often be set up, an extra 10 euros/day-guest is added to the price set in the ad above the two. During the Patios party we will only accept reservations of more than two days and from quiet people and the arrival and breakfast times are restricted I do not accept reservations more than six months in advance CORONAVIRUS PROTOCOL It is noteworthy in the case of this house that when the rooms are distributed scattered in the garden and it is a large and extensive garden, there are unbeatable conditions to maintain the social distances that are now desirable. The plant and sunny atmosphere, with abundant ventilation, turns this paradise into a healthy paradise. However, we want to specify some extra measures that complete the safety and total tranquility for our guests. The check-in process, and the sanitization prior to entering the house, will be carried out in the large hallway where a place will be installed to disinfect the footwear or leave it if desired, disinfectant gel and disposable paper for hands and cleaning of luggage. There will also be a closed trash can for disposal of disposable and/or questionable hygiene material. Guests must wear a mask or one will be provided. The reception will be held in the garden, the room key will be handed over and the map provided about the city will be collected and the guest files will be completed without exchanging paper. 1. All covered common rooms in the house will be closed indefinitely. 2. The kitchen shared by the guests is closed and any need for a cold zone will be safely resolved 3. The rooms will be used in such a way that between reservations there will be a minimum of 24 hours in which they will be cleaned, disinfected and ventilated. They will have disinfectant gel and disposable paper and a closed trash can 4. The pool, which is cleaned with chlorine, can be used individually and by establishing different and separate hours in the event that there are several guests to ensure sufficient isolation and recovery time from proper disinfection. 5. Sheets and towels will be washed at more than 65 degrees or with products that ensure proper sterility 6. In the garden, breakfast can be taken at isolated tables for each room.
