Comfortable and charming open space style apartment, located 200 meters from the Colosseum. Two levels with a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area, the heart of the house. There are also two comfortable armchairs next to the window from where you can admire the Colosseum! The space First of all, this is not in an apartment building (which is quite unusual for Rome) but is accessed directly from the street on the ground floor through a frosted glass front door (which allows for some natural light to get in, but people on the street cannot see in at all). The apartment itself is an open-plan loft ideally located just 200mt from the Colosseum. On the lower level you have a queen-sized bed and a small sofa. There are also two bathrooms on the ground level - one large one that's fully equipped, and right next to it another small one with just a toilet and a sink. Then you walk up the comfortable stairs (it's not a narrow spiral staircase as lofts often have) and on the upper level you have 2 single beds, a stylish kitchen, and a living/dining room area, the heart of the home. The kitchen is really well-equipped and the table for eating is located right outside the kitchen in the living/dining area. There are also two comfortable chairs right next to the window, perfect for reading and relaxing, and you can see a bit of the Colosseum from it! Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, and there are more bus stops around the corner, as well as the metro stop Colosseo nearby, so it's easy to get everywhere from there. You can also easily walk to the Colosseum in just a few minutes and to the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, and other main sights. The layout might not work for everybody - for instance, people who require the privacy of separate rooms/sleeping areas - but it's perfect for a couple, a couple with kids, or a small group who doesn't mind sharing beds and the lack of privacy.
