Other things to note ・Our villa is nestled in a nature-rich environment, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, depending on the season and weather conditions, insects may occasionally find their way indoors. While we carry out thorough cleaning and inspections before each check-in, it is difficult to completely prevent this due to the natural surroundings. We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to insects take this into consideration when making a reservation. ★ No noise is allowed after 21:00. Please close the door and return to your room after 21:00. ※ Please note that if we receive complaints resulting in reputational damage, we may charge an appropriate amount accordingly. ・This facility operates as a fully unmanned hotel. We do not offer room service or additional consumable services. ・Amenities (face towel, bath towel, toothbrush set) are prepared only one set per person. ・All indoor areas are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces such as the entrance, balcony, and veranda. ・Setting off fireworks within the facility premises is prohibited. ・Pets are not allowed in this facility. If it is discovered that a pet has been brought in, we will automatically deduct cleaning fees and, if there is any furniture damage, that cost as well, separately from the accommodation fee, from your credit account. ・Due to the noise made by a small portion of guests with poor manners, there have been successive situations where the police have been dispatched due to complaints from neighboring residents. As there are elderly and children living in the vicinity, please be particularly careful about noise at night. If we receive reports from neighbors, please note that you may be asked to check out immediately. ・As our facility is located amidst rich nature, insects may enter the premises (both indoors and outdoors). We kindly ask for your understanding. Insecticide spray is available at the facility, feel free to use it. ・Only registered guests are allowed to enter the facility.
