Spacious Private Room in Beautiful House

Long Term Stays Available! The large private bedroom in a fully furnished four bedroom shared house. The house is shared with up to three other people. Accommodations include: Large bedroom with full size bed, desk, office chair, dresser, and closet. Air Conditioning Shared bathroom with up to 2 others Common areas: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining table that seats up to 6. Large living room Washer and dryer Off-street parking The space The large bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor along with two other bedrooms. The beautiful recently updated house is in a quiet neighborhood near RPI. The large backyard area is great to run around. There is off-street parking in the driveway and plenty of free street parking in front of the house. No pets or smoking allowed. Sorry. Please note that linens and bedding are not included for stays longer than one month. We can provide linens for an added fee of $50. We provide monthly cleaning of the common areas (living room, kitchen, hallways). You are required to clean up after yourself in all common areas and your bedroom and bathroom areas. Guest access Common areas: Fully stocked eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large living room Bathroom with tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Washer and dryer in the basement Large back yard. During your stay I am available via text or cell and the Property Manager is available for emergencies and repairs. Other things to note The bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor along with two other bedrooms. If Linens are provided, they will include: one set of sheets, a comforter, 2 pillows, and one set of towels (Bath, Hand, Washcloth). Please notify us if you choose to bring your own. We will charge you for all missing or damaged towels and bed linens. There are other people living in the house. To be respectful, housekeeping and other house sharing rules are required. Please see House Rules. There is a $50 fee for lost keys or lockouts. Please be responsible with the keys.
