TINY WUNDERHAUS - A Fun, Hometown Experience

Tiny Spaces are all the rave; Here's a chance to try one. In the heart of Louisville's historic Schnitzelburg, an up and coming area full of neat shotgun cottages, whitewashed, and many historic Louisville pubs. It's only 3.5 miles from downtown and approx. 2 from Churchill Downs. It has a full kitchen, bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping space for 3 adults. This apartment is sure to meet every vacation need. The comfort-tested mattresses are both new with 1.5 - 2in. memory foam toppers. The space You're in a lively part of the neighborhood with the Old Hick Inn Bar and Meriwether Bar (frequent home to live music & patio movies) just steps from your door and Monnik Beer Co. and Check's Cafe just down the road. Outside of Schnitzelburg, there are many Louisville places of interest within a 5-10 minute drive: Churchill Downs, the Louisville Slugger Museum, KFC Yum! Center, the Louisville Science Museum, UofL, Mega Cavern Zip Line, the Louisville Zoo, and J B Speed Art Mueseum to name a few. Other things to note PSA SPECIAL WEEKEND EVENTS: If you book during the following weekends, please be aware that there is a designated night minimum. -KENTUCKY DERBY: May 1-7 (7 day minimum stay) -BOURBON & BEYOND: September 19-22 (4 day minimum stay) -LOUDER THAN LIFE: September 26-29 (4 day minimum stay) Two things make my space a little unique: 1. the lofted second bed measures 68.5x37in, slightly smaller than a traditional twin bed (72x39in). 2. The bathroom is a wet-room. This bathroom style is popular in Asia & Europe. A shower curtain is not needed. Please be careful where your shower spray falls, otherwise you might end up with a slightly wet toilet or floor. Registration details STR926700
