FIRE DANGER IS REAL HERE. We will let you know if you can have a campfire or not. Do not ever throw out burning material as it will probably start a wildfire. During your stay We live here too and have hosted people from around the world for years now, so chances are we will interact, but will give you as much privacy as you want. The straight wire fences are electrified, do not touch them They won't kill you, but you'll never forget it or touch it again lol. There are many board games available and corn hole boards in the barn. Horseshoe pit is coming soon. We do rent the other room downstairs on airbnb so you may be sharing the house with a few other guests. We are well known in the area, so we would appreciate it if you let the businesses that you patronize that you are our guests. Our friend Sandi, from Healing Hands Massage in town, is an incredible massage therapist. You can visit her place in town or she can come here to the ranch. POLICY ON SMALL CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND THE PEOPLE YOU BRING- and I'm going to be very straight forward about this... We do not recommend that small, undisciplined kids or toddlers stay at our ranch. Here's why. This is a real working ranch with lots of things that city kids may not be used to. Things like livestock, electric fences, tractor implements, and other things could be mistaken as playground equipment that could be damaged. More importantly, your child could be seriously injured. Our house is not child proof. We have nice things on tables, cleaners that are accessible in cabinets, etc. If you break it, you buy it. Trust me, we have seen it all in the time we have been airbnb hosts and don't want to go through any of that again. If you have young disciplined children that mind you, then let's talk about it when you make your reservation request. Again, if we do accept them, then you are responsible for their behavior and damage they may cause. Also, know that if they disturb the peace with us or our other guests that you may be asked to leave out of consideration of others without refund. So please consider this carefully before booking your stay. Should your family not be as good fit staying in our home, you can still book a trail ride. We are one of the top public horseback riding concessions in the area with professional guides and gentle horses.
