The space This beautifully updated A-frame retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an open-concept main level with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a generous lakeside deck features a gas grill and seating for your entire group. The lower-level screened porch offers a peaceful, shaded spot to enjoy sunset views. Cap off your day with s’mores around the fire pit under the stars! Downstairs, you’ll find a finished game room designed for fun and relaxation. It includes two arcade machines, a smart TV, cozy bean bag chairs, the 4th bedroom en suite, laundry room, and walkout access to a huge screened-in porch, perfect for evening lounging or rainy days. The private dock and party deck include electricity, a boat tie-up and lift, diving board, and a twisty water slide. The clear, calm lake water of SML is ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or floating the day away. A small sandy cove provides easy shallow access to the water. Water gear includes a 3-person canoe, an adult kayak, a kid’s kayak, life jackets, and plenty of chairs. Located near Channel Marker R8 where the Roanoke and Blackwater Rivers converge, you’re just a short walk to Parkway Marina for boat rentals or launching your own. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is only 3 miles away and offers hiking, biking, swimming, and picnic areas. Extras include fast WiFi, board games, arcade consoles. We provide fresh linens (1 bath towel per guest), hand towels, washcloths, and bed sheets/blankets. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a clean, updated, non-smoking home. Other things to note We provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish and dishwasher soap, a fresh sponge, and garbage bags. We also provide propane tanks for the grill. There is firewood located on the far side of the house. **Note: for your safety & ours, we have a security camera facing the driveway/road. There are NO other cameras on the property or inside. Items NOT to bring: Worries & stress!
