The Soggiorno Pezzati is a recently renovated Guest House, located on the second floor of a historic building from the 1400s in the historic center of Florence. There is no elevator, and access is via 38 comfortable steps. The property is just 500 meters from Santa Maria Novella Station and Piazza del Duomo, and 100 meters from the Central Market. We offer six different types of rooms, ideal for couples, friends, or families. The central location allows you to walk to the most famous monuments and museums in the city. The space SOGGIORNO PEZZATI is a family-run guest house, personally managed since 1992 by the owner Daniela Pezzati. The six rooms, all recently renovated and equipped with a private bathroom, are furnished with taste and simplicity, decorated in an original way and overlook typical courtyards of the center of Florence, from which you can glimpse glimpses of roofs and gardens. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The location of the Soggiorno Pezzati is ideal for exploring the main attractions of Florence, all within a 5-minute walk, including the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Uffizi, the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, and the Fortezza da Basso convention center. In addition, it is well connected to the main public transport hubs, such as Piazza San Marco and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. For those arriving by car, it is possible to park at the Garage San Zanobi, located in front of the property, or at the Garage Sant'Orsola, 200 meters away, with special rates for guests. Soggiorno Pezzati also offers the possibility to book museums and tours for Florence and other Tuscan cities of art. Although the presence of staff is limited during the day, they are available to meet the needs of guests. Breakfast is not included, but you can manage it yourself thanks to the shared kitchen equipped with utensils and a microwave. Guests can enjoy independent access to the property thanks to a set of keys for the main door and the bedroom door. It is important to communicate your arrival time to ensure an optimal welcome; for arrivals after 1:00 p.m., you can use a code for self check-in. The property is non-smoking and offers rooms equipped with a TV, mini fridge, tea set with kettle, free Wi-Fi, central heating in winter and independent air conditioning in summer. The sheets and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning is done daily. Small pets are allowed, and baby cribs are available upon request at an additional cost. Guests can take advantage of free, unattended luggage storage, upon prior notice. Breakfast is not included in the price, but is available as a Bed & Breakfast service with Italian packaged products.
