We offer you a spacious 25m² apartment with a king-sized bed with an anatomic and orthopedic mattress. You will also have access to a private bathroom, and a gorgeous balcony where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. All the facilities are impeccably clean! The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a nicely decorated bright house, where you will feel right at home from the moment you enter. The staircase leading to the room is decorated by a wonderful hand-forged metal fence with a custom wooden handrail. The floor is decorated with classy Italian tiles. The apartment itself is 25m² big with a king-sized bed (180x200) with an anatomic and orthopedic mattress. The apartment is equipped witha kitchenette that includes a fridge with a mini freezer, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, microwave and induction cooktop. The mattress cover itself has anti-allergenic and anti-bacterial protection. The apartment has a lock and can be locked during your absence. There is a full-sized closet with ample space for even the most demanding travelers. The room is equipped with a USB charger socket that supports fast charging. The room is equipped with a strong air conditioning unit. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features an easy-access shower cabin, hot water and good water pressure. We will provide you a set of fresh towels upon your arrival. You will also have access to a gorgeous balcony, where you can sit down drink a cup/glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy the view, or observe the stars in the evening without any light-pollution distorting the view. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Other things to note As everywhere in Slovenia you will have to pay a tourist tax which is 2.50 EUR per person per night. Children under 7 years are exempt from paying tax. The tourism tax is levied by the local authorities and used to stimulate tourism in the region. Towels are changed after four days. Upon request, we can provide, for a fee, the following: - use of washing machine; - baby bed and a high chair - earlier change of towels and bed lined; - electric bike storage in garrage - batteries are not allowed to be brought into apartments / rooms due to safety concerns;
