The space Entire space inside and out- completely remodeled for an updated- industrial mid-century vibe in February 2023. This hip, newly furnished studio space can be your ticket to being a local in sunny Marina Del Rey neighborhood in beautiful California. It's just a bike ride away from tourist attractions like the Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach and from local hot spots like the Marina, the A frame, Sunny Spot and Abbott Kinney. Location isn't the only thing this space has going for it. It has a private gated entrance that leads you through the garden to your exclusive patio as you enter into the 480-square-foot luxury space. It includes a quartz kitchenette, tiled bathroom and access to the tropical, resort style pool. With hard wood floors, stylish and comfortable reclaimed wood Queen bed, deep sofa seating, wireless internet, streaming service TV, plus AC/HEAT- make this studio a place you'd want to call home.. even if it's just for the weekend. We had a tenant for 2 years and just really missed having this very peaceful, relaxing and serene space available- so we decided to go with AirBNB, so we can still enjoy it on occasion or when our kids return home. We love this space and we are sure you will too! Residential neighborhood of single family homes. - No restrictions at all for street parking (no permit required, no meters, no cleaning days) Guest w/ Children: - Unit has an air mattress if needed - 2 family friendly parks within walking distance. Early check-in available only if studio is vacant the night before. Local Attractions: 0.8 miles from the Marina 3.0 miles from Venice Pier 5.0 miles from the Santa Monica Pier/Third Street Promenade Walking distance to restaurants and bars, 2 farmers markets within 1 mile- Friday in Venice and Sunday in Mar Vista (great for breakfast or an early lunch). Short 10 min drive to LAX- $25 cab ride to the studio. Public transit is within a 2-3 min walk. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Universal Studios Hollywood are about 40 minutes away and we have a car rental a few blocks from our home. All of the local attractions -Venice (90291), Marina Del Rey (90292) and Santa Monica (90405)- listed above are all within a bike ride. We recommend using electric bikes and scooters found around town for local use. Guest access Unit is private but backyard area is a shared space. Pool and jacuzzi available anytime until 10pm. Pool is not heated (as it is over 20,000 gallons and would be very expensive to keep heated); however, the jacuzzi can be used and heated in about 25-30 minutes. Very private backyard- serene and quiet. White patio furniture is for guest use. Owners patio is private. Other things to note While the studio and full bathroom is private, you may be sharing the backyard and pool with others. We are on the property at all times. Enhanced Cleaning Protocol: We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: -high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob- are sanitized -We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist - Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay - We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Extra cleaning supplies, in the unit that can be used, including: -Disposable paper towels -Disposable gloves -Multi-surface Disinfectant wipes or spray -Antibacterial hand sanitizer -Extra hand soap Registration Details HSR24-003745
