Our cool n comfortable 2BHK apartment with swimming pool facing and a beautiful view of lush green palm trees, has a true Goa feeling, Its comfortably fits 6 adults & its centrally located on a quiet street just 500mtrs from Arpora junction. kitchen with all amenities, swimming pool access, Close to beaches, clubs and Restaurants.Baga Beach is just 5 minutes Drive, New Saturday night market 400mtrs only, Calangute beach approximately 2.5kms, Anjuna 4.5kms , Club Titos 5-6 Driving distance The space This newly build 2 Bedroom Apartment with shared pool situated in very demanding location in Arpora-Baga area , because Saturday night markets and club Cubana just on walking distance from here. This is very spacious fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom Villa with extra large living room with AC and extra large swimming pool with separate kids pool. It has all amenities like hot n cold water, fully equipped kitchen comfortable bedrooms, very clean 2 bathrooms. Main plus point of This place is location its right in the heart of Arpora, restaurants-cafes-bars supermarkets are just in 500 Mtrs. Feel free and come to my Villa there are no restrictions like- Outside liquor, food etc so relax just feel like Enjoying your trip and making it memorable.Calangute and baga are 5-10 mins ride.Most importantly you will find variety of restaurants and cafes which are much more lively and play really good live music in season time n few in off season. Baga Beach is more quieter and cleaner with plenty of sun beds , water sports , shacks, cafes, restaurants etc. I will keep on suggesting the best places to visit and explore Goa through my experiences. Guest access Swimming pool, kids area , Gym , Garden , Common area,Walking Path Other things to note We can arrange bike on rental , pick up and drop facilities , sightseeing taxi ,water sports and boat trips Setting the expectations right First it's a semi luxury Villa I would request all my guests to go through all my description and reviews to understand the kind of place you are getting, so please rates are very genuine for 6-10 people compared to hotels surrounding my complex. For that I would request my guests to search all Hotels n lodges in Arpora and Baga my prices are only 30 percent less compared to them( so it's not dirt cheap) I charge premium of 30 percent extra on long weekends n festivals like 2nd October 15th Aug Diwali etc and 100 percent around New Years. So please set your expectations as per my base price itself.. My Charges are shown when you search for property over and above is airbnb taxes and fees which we don have any control on please set your expectations as per my base price only as i pay my own taxes and commissions. Other things is I m very cool chilled out guy n I understand people coming for holidays they want to enjoy as they want to so there are no restrictions from my side we clean everyday so no issues if u go on beach n come with sand.
