The living area has a couch that converts to a double bed. The couch and coffee table are in comfortable view of the 40" TV. There is no cable TV but Netflix is provided, and you can login to your own Hulu or other streaming service. Wifi of course. Near the kitchen you will find a dining table and two chairs. Or sit at the table on the deck, which looks out onto a peaceful tree-lined street and has a glimpse of the Flatirons. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils/flatware/plates, all the basics for preparing meals during your stay. There is a small 4 burner, electric stove & oven, kettle, french press, refrigerator, and sink. The full private bath includes a sink with large vanity, deep tub/shower combo, and toilet.
