From Quays Escape you’ll enjoy magnificent views of Esperance Bay and the islands. By simply crossing the road you can swim iin the pristine water or just walk along the beach. It is a great place for a holiday. The space The house is situated on Castletown Quays, east of the town and only five minutes drive to all of the town's facilities. Bedrooms It has three bedrooms, all with magnificent ocean views. Bedroom one has a queen bed with ensuite , air conditioner and a convection heater. Bedroom two has two single beds a heater plus a fan. Bedroom three has a double bed with convection heater and a fan. All bedrooms have blockout blinds and curtains. Double and single bedrooms share a bathroom. Bathroom and Ensuite Shower, safety mat and portable heater for the colder days. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a generous supply of towels provided. Beach towels are also provided. Kitchen/ Diner Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave and electric stove.There is toaster, electric kettle and a pod coffee machine, plus an assortment of teas and coffee for you to enjoy. A selection of condiments is also available. Sit at the dining table and enjoy magnificent views to Cape Le Grande National Park . A reverse cycle air conditioner serves the kitchen/ diner and lounge area. The house is serviced with Wi Fi. Outdoor Sun Room Relax in comfort and watch your favourite shows on a Smart TV. The room opens to a large back yard with barbecue facilities serviced by a Family Weber. The front yard offers ample parking while still enjoying the views. Laundry Front loader washing machine and cleaning products included , together with a clothes airer. Guest access It is only a short walk to a park and playground and the Castletown shopping centre which includes an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, fish and chip shop and a BP service station. The Traveller’s Inn or ‘Travs’ as it is know is also within walking distance. It offers a drive through bottle shop, wine bar and a restaurant, serving Asian cuisine. Also, great for takeaways. Other things to note Please note, there is free wifi available and the password is noted in the Welcome booklet. Also, there are numerous free sites around the townsite. The house features open plan living perfect for a casual and relaxing holiday. Enjoy outdoor living on the front deck or retreat to the back family room for a barbeque. Beach towels , beach toys and body boards are provided. The property boasts a large front yard, a great space for boat owners; and a large secured back yard suitable for children.
