The beach is located just steps away from this unit. Once crossing South Forrest beach drive, you will access the beach via a dedicated beach access. The unit has two bedrooms and two baths, making it a great unit for families or for a few couples that would like to escape to the beach. Sit back and relax on the two patios that are located poolside. One leads off the family room and the other leads off the master bedroom. It is a one story unit on ground level with no carpeting. The space Guest are allowed to use the entire place. There are three owners closets. One in each bedroom and one in kitchen. All three are looked, please be respectful. Pets are not permitted. This is an HOA rule. Other things to note All pets prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on rear patio. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
