For business and leisure travellers alike this ideally located central townhouse situated in a quiet development, within easy drive of Oxford, Abingdon, Swindon, Newbury and Reading. Accommodation includes a spacious double bedroom and separate bathroom. Located within 5 minute walk of Wantage town centre. Use of lounge and kitchen for basic meals. Parking for one car. A market town with a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes, fitness centres, a swimming pool and tennis courts. The space The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with use of a separate lounge area for relaxing after a long day on the second floor. The double bedroom has its own separate bathroom (not ensuite) with both shower and bath. During the summer there is a garden patio to enjoy in the evening. If needed breakfast and dinner can be arranged with 24 hour notice for an extra charge. Guest access Access to separate lounge, own bedroom and bathroom, garden patio in the summer. During your stay I am available, most of the time to answer questions and for a chat over a coffee. Dinner can be arranged for an additional charge. Just let me know a day in advance and I will be glad to cook dinner and to dine with you. Rate for a main course £12. Other things to note Parking available for one car. There are 2 spaces for the house, one in front of the other. This means we need to coordinate who is leaving first in the mornings, so as not to block each other in.
