Assets of the house: very large room, great calm, quality of welcome. You sleep on the first floor, on the garden side, in a 160 cm bed, comfortable mattress. You also have a desk and a cupboard for your belongings. Private bathroom and private toilets. You are in the Val de Saône, with direct access to Lyon, 20 minutes by chartroom the center, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (direct to the city center or to Part-Dieu station), close to many restaurants, the Dombes and the Beaujolais. The space Enjoy a very good breakfast! We offer you a very rich and complete breakfast! Your room is equipped with a kettle and we offer you coffee, teas and herbal teas of brand name at your disposal. Your sheets and towels are ironed. We offer you two different pillows for your comfort. Reception and breakfast equivalent to those of guest house. SWIMMING POOL: You can enjoy our swimming pool area and terrace from 6 PM to 8 PM. House from the 50's refurbished in design style, very large openings, beautiful exposure with views of the Monts d'Or and the Saône valley. Guest access You have access to the open rooms on the ground floor and to the 3 rooms on the first floor which are allocated to you. KITCHEN: yoou access to it as a dining area, you can use the microwave to warm your dishes. You cannot cook, the oven, the utensils and the induction hob are private. COVID19: Very meticulous in terms of cleaning we provide you with disinfectant gel at the entrance, you can also leave your shoes there. We will take all appropriate hygiene measures to ensure the safety of all. During your stay We like to exchange with you if you wish. We remain very discreet and we let you have your breakfast separately, in front of the swimming pool. We can give you information and advice on visits and different restaurants. Other things to note Very rich breakfast, sweet and/or salted with a choice of branded leaf teas. We make our own jams and we favour local producers or organic products for our purchases. Please let us know a few days before your arrival if your have any food allergies or intolerances so that we can adapt the breakfasts. In summer, if good weather, you will have your breakfast on the terrace, facing the swimming pool.
