Welcome to our comfortable, detached studio accommodation. This charming Studio is located in the the large front garden of our home in a quiet road in north Chichester. We offer on-site parking and independent, private access to the Studio. The space We offer a garden Studio completed to a high standard. Offering comfortable furnishings and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Chichester. This includes; a new modern shower, wi-fi, heating, a comfortable king size bed, a west facing patio with café table and chairs overlooking the mature cottage garden. A fully fitted kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave and hob which enables full self-catering, if desired. The building is fully insulated. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Please note, there is a step up into the studio. Guest access The studio is set within our front garden. Outside space immediatley surrounding the studio is available for guests to enjoy with a patio area for sitting. The rest of the garden is not available. Other things to note BREAKFAST In the kitchen there will be tea, coffee, cereal, milk, bread etc for you to enjoy. WARNING; Cereals and other food stuffs may contain allergens. There is no provision for people with special dietary requirements or allergies. Guests must be responsibly aware.
