Very clean room with private entry in back of home

This is a super clean and private master bed and bathroom suite (both have interior locks) close to I-10, FSU, and the state capitol. Great for short stays and interstate travelers. Note: There are no children allowed. The owner and one cat live in the house. The space Amenities include: Wi-Fi, one HD TV with Roku(no cable but you are welcome to use your own streaming service), comfy king size mattress, blackout curtains, toiletries, and plentiful linens. There is a keyed lock on door for your security. The kitchen has a Keurig,small drip coffee pot, and electric tea kettle with coffees and teas for guests. You are free to use the washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer including ice, microwave, countertop air fryer oven and dining nook table. An enclosed screenroom just outside your room is a nice place to enjoy a beverage and nature without the insects. Guest access My townhouse is just off I-10, and about 11 minutes (4.8 miles) from FSU, 20 minutes to the state capitol, and 10-15 minutes to any type of shopping. Guests walk to the back and enter through the screenroom via keypad. Your room is just inside the door. I am present for my guests, give them a quick overview, and then they can interact(or not) with me. My main goal is that you are comfortable, get a good rest, and enjoy your stay. I am a very experienced host and respect guests' privacy. Parking is two car driveway, shared with my car, off the street, in front of house. Entry is via backdoor keypad.
