Not suitable for party groups who want to make noise until the early hours. The space Extremely well appointed kitchen with 2 full size ovens and separate 5 burner hob, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and large stainless steel topped workstation. Adjoining dining room with fireplace, and woodburner. Utility room with washing machine. Ground floor cloakroom. The gardens and heated pool to the front are fully enclosed, private and south facing. There is plenty of space for sun bathing and a choice of areas for alfresco dining, including a lovely covered shady area with it's own seating and fireplace. Guest access All areas of the house, pool area and enclosed garden, are for your private use. The noise of 15 people and moderate music levels are perfectly acceptable during the day, but we do expect consideration for neighbours after 2300hrs. Other things to note The pool area is separate from the main garden and is totally secure with a childproof gate (which can also be locked for extra security) The pool is open and heated from May-Sept. The main garden is also private and secure, as the main gate into the property can also be locked. There is one (single) close neighbour behind the house and a couple who live 80 metres away. Both very friendly and accepting of normal noise levels.
