The space The house is a new reconstruction, built and equipped to the highest standards with full-height double-glazed panoramic glass doors opening out onto a fabulous terrace with an awning. There is a private car parking area in front of the house. The interior is high-ceilinged, with wooden beams and a mezzanine half-floor providing the bedroom space. Walls are heavily insulated, and a heat pump drives underfloor central heating/cooling, providing barefoot cosy living in winter and summer. Other things to note Ideally placed off the beaten track between the historic marble mines of Carrara with fabulous walks in the Apuane mountain range on the one side, and the Golfo Dei Poeti with Lerici, San Terenzo, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre beyond on the other, both visible from our spectacular terrace. Be aware that a car is strongly recommended. The road up to the house is quite narrow and the asphalt has potholes, so take your time and admire the view!
