The outdoor facilities of the property contain a garden ideal for lounging and dining, overlooking the beautiful surrounding area of trees and the sea and giving a sense of seclusion and total privacy. The house itself can accommodate a total of 8 adults, 4 people on the top floor in the two spacious bedrooms with beautiful balcony overlooking the sea view and sharing one bathroom and 4 people in the open space area in the basement, sharing another bathroom in the same area. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with fireplace and the fully equipped and brand new kitchen. The outdoor space of the ground floor is a private, secluded area with grass, ideal for enjoying the meals in a big table and for children playing around. The house is prepared with personal care and priority to the needs of the visitors, the idea being staying in a beautiful area, allowing you both to relax as well as having a beautiful time indoors and by the sea. You can have access to the sea in just 80 meters by foot, and you have two options here: either enjoying the sea in front of the complex, in small pebbles, beautiful and unexplored, or enjoying the sea and the sandy beach only 50 meters far on foot again, in front of the resort just next to our complex, offering many options ( the most of the time free of charge )!
