Just sit down, relax and enjoy your private Italian summer escape! A soft synthetic-grass carpet will gently caress your feet, making you feel like walking "barefooted in the park"... Sunbathing in this paradise corner will be just one of your pleasant choices. Inside the house you will find a full-facilities kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, gas cooker. The modern bathroom includes a double shower column, washbasin, wc and bidet. Silent air-conditioners and wifi internet connection complete the services offer. Available beds: Bedroom 1: French double bed with wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 : bunk beds (2 people), a desk with usb charging port and wardrobe. Living room: 1 sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and flat tv screen. Veranda: ideal for family meals and relaxing evenings. The sofa at the end of the room can be converted in two single beds or one double bed. Guest access The rent includes all property and solarium facilities use. The guests may come in and get out any time they want. Apart public external parking, there is also an internal parking space. Other things to note Internet connection is available everywhere inside accomodation. Illimited wifi connection is also available inside bars and restaurants nearby house. For late arrivals after 9 pm, a 20€ payment is requested; in case of after midnight arrivals, 50 € payment. Baby's cradle and high chair are available on request, at booking time, for a one-time payment of 20 €.
