Indoor shoes, flipflop, sandals, slippers indoors (for hygienic reasons). All guests are to work from their bedroom as quietly as possible. I can provide parking permit if told in advance for the price value. I prefer cooking to be kept to a minimum. I dislike strong smelly food specially in the winter when doors can't be left open to air the place
