Bright detached house renovated in 2021 in the historic center of Ostuni, on a typical stairway,on 2 levels. Bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, living area, 1 bathroom plus a service bathroom, hot/cold a/c on both floors, washing machine, balcony and double panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and hills, wi-fi with fiber. It is located a few steps from Piazza Libertà, the heart of the historic center of Ostuni, in an area served by free parking and inhabited by residents. The space Retro atmospheres with vintage furnishings and exposed stone in all environments will make your stay authentic, special and relaxing. The street of the house is pedestrianized, made of white stone stairs: this makes the house an ideal refuge for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday away from noise and chaos, but a few steps from the nightlife of Piazza della Libertà. The double panoramic terrace is the ideal location to enjoy the green and blue panorama of the hills, the sea and the sky, while sitting comfortably at the tables for a simple aperitif, or for a lunch in the shade of the gazebo. On the terrace on the second level, comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal for simple relaxation or for sunbathing when you don't want to go to the beach. Guest access The house is completely independent and all its spaces are for the exclusive use of guests. Outside the house, under the intercom there is a safety box (Masterlock) containing the house key, useful for self-check in in total autonomy and safety. Piazzale Colucci, just 20 meters from the house, is the largest free parking area in the historic center of Ostuni. A few days before your arrival, you will be sent useful parking instructions and the itinerary to quickly reach the house. You will also be provided with a useful tourist brochure with useful telephone numbers, beaches, towns and places to visit, as well as advice on restaurants and house rules and for separate waste collection.
