Villa "Les Prés"

Spacious bedroom with a 1.60 m bed with a large bathroom in a 1905 villa in the heart of a coastal village. The villa and landscaped gardens, which are listed in the Normandy Park and Gardens Guide, are part of a 9-hectare estate with a river, a small island and cider apple orchards. The beach is a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive. Possibility of bed for 1 child - 12 years old, extra €35 per night. Travel cot with sheets for children under 2 years old 10 euros. The space The villa has all of its' orginal flooring and woodwork. The ceramic work on the ground floor and the stenciling in the winter garden room are fabulous. The high ceilings and garden views from every room and bath create a very comfortable atmosphere. Guest access The guests may use the winter garden room and the parc. During your stay I like to be in contact with my guests, but I also respect their privacy. We have prepared a book with major tourist information, daily activities going on near by, restaurant suggestions, the tidal hours and wifi code. Other things to note There is a small room for the extra bed for a child under 12 years old next to the bedroom with the large 1.60 m bed.
