Guests are welcome to sit out & enjoy the main garden, the balcony & terrace garden. Kindly NOTE the Ground Floor Main Entrance, Master Drawing Room/ Dining room /Kitchen & Ground floor Bedroons of the Villa are private & access is only for use by the host family & the Villa Staff. If areas are left messy, cleaning charges @ Rs. 250 per day will be charged extra. 🍳 Kitchen Usage: Guests may use the kitchen but must clean dishes/utensils & kitchen areas after use. If not cleaned: Kitchen Service & Utensils Cleaning Fee of Rs. 350 per day per room (for booking upto 2 guests). 🗑 Trash bins are provided. Do NOT throw trash, leftover food, vegetables, sauces etc. in sinks or other areas. Failure to comply will attract extra maintenance/cleaning charges of Rs. 500/day. 🧼 Bedroom cleaning/sweeping is complimentary once daily. 🧺 Linen turnover/fresh towels provided ONLY once every 6 days. Bathrooms are cleaned & sanitized before arrival. Entry is strictly reserved for the host family & Villa staff. 👞 To preserve hygiene & wooden flooring, kindly remove shoes in the first-floor lobby area or near the front door. 💡 Please switch off A.C’s, T.V’s, Fans, Lights, Water Faucets/Heaters when not in use or when leaving the Villa. 🐾 Pets ❗ Kindly do NOT feed our German Shepherd furr-babies any snacks, leftover food or drinks — they have delicate tummies! 👕 Laundry Services 🧺 Washing (without ironing): Rs. 350 upto 7 KG or part thereof / per washing machine load 👔 Washing/Ironing: Rs. 50 per item/garment 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking or Vaping is permitted ONLY in outdoor areas. 🚫 NOT allowed in bedrooms or shared Villa areas. Smoking inside rooms/Villa areas will attract a penalty of Rs. 5,000 per violation. Kindly collect all cigarette stubs for ecological disposal. 🍷 Alcohol Policy (VERY Important – Gujarat Law) Please note that drinking/storing alcohol is illegal in Gujarat without a valid Government Liquor Permit. Guests are allowed to consume alcohol only after obtaining a valid Govt of Gujarat Liquor Permit.
