Very warm and quite attic, indipendent with private bathrtoom in the country side of Bologna; midway from Modena and Ferrara. Good for pleasant and job journays. The space The wooden roof, private bathrooom and country silence give to mansarda a comfortable accomodation for pleasant or job journays, for families too. No smoking. The mansarda is accessible from the house but separated by a floor door. Usually we are at home after job in the evening; you can use fridge and garden for your kids. Attractive close: - by bycicle 5min: town-centre, with green areas, business centre and shops; - by car: 10min swimming pool, sport centre, cine and theatre; for wine lovers a LAMBRUSCO cellar; for cars lovers LAMBORGHINI Museum. 20min for moto lovers DUCATI Museum; ice cream University and Museum of CARPIGIANI . Very good connection by train: to/from Bologna(20min), Verona(1h) and Brennero. Less than 1h by car from Ferrara e Modena. From Bologna airport G.Marconi in 35min by car.
