The unit is located on the first floor and consists of a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette, fridge, television, sofa and every other comfort. The space Podere Mainò is an old farmhouse on the Umbrian side of Lake Montepulciano and is named after the family that has occupied it since the early 1800s. The Podere overlooks Lake Montepulciano, is immersed in the colorful Umbrian countryside and is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The farmhouse, recently renovated and with the heart of the property, will offer you all the necessary amenities for your vacation: comfortable rooms, private bathroom, kitchenette, linens, and television. The house is in a strategic position for exploring Umbria and Tuscany and can be the reference point for multiple travel routes between these two beautiful regions, from the surroundings of Trasimeno to Valdichiana, from the province of Perugia to those of Siena and Florence. The unit, located on the second floor, consists of a hallway, a double bedroom overlooking the surrounding countryside, a single bedroom overlooking the surrounding countryside, a large bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, fridge, TV and sofa for comfortable naps. The outdoor area is at your disposal for outdoor dining or simply for a moment of relaxation. We have a fantastic barbecue that you can use for an outdoor barbecue! Towels and bed linens, bathroom set and hairdryer are at your disposal. You can also use a washing machine and everything you need to do the laundry. Ask us what you need and we will try to accommodate your every need! NOTES: In the winter, from November to May inclusive, there is a surcharge to be paid on site for heating the house, of 10/day. A tourist tax of 0.80 euros/day per person is due for the first 5 days of stay. Podere Mainò is an ancient country house on the Umbrian bank of Lake Montepulciano and its name is from the family who lived there in the 19th century. The house is the perfect place for your relaxing moment in a wonderful natural landscape. The apartments have been recently and finely restored and will offer you every comfort, such as fully equipped rooms, private bathroom, a small kitchen, linen, TV, and much more. The garden area is there for you, with chairs facing the lake and a beautiful barbecue available. Podere Mainò is located in a perfect point to start your trip around both Umbria and Tuscany, and you can easily reach Lake Trasimeno, Valdichiana, Perugia, Siena and Florence. N.B. In winter there is an additional charge of 10 euros/day for heating system, to be paid on site (from November to May inclusive). A tourist tax is needed for the municipal authority: 0.80 euros/day for each person for the first 5 days of stay, to be paid on site Guest access Guests will have full access to the booked unit. The entrance to the building is common, but complete autonomy is guaranteed. Guests will be able to use a large common lounge to chat, have a drink, read a book or simply rest on a comfortable sofa. Outside, a large space is available for guests, for an outdoor breakfast, a relaxing aperitif, or lunch. You can park your car in the area belonging to the house. Other things to note Please note that in the event of loss of the keys, a penalty of €200 will be charged. The property reserves the right to check the condition of the property and movable items at the time of check-out to verify their good condition or to analyze the damages and the related deeds or termination fees. For 2 people, the use of the double room is considered. If you also want to use the single room, there is an additional price of 30 euros for linen and cleaning. Attention: In the event of loss of keys, a penalty of 200 euros should be paid. We will check the apartment at check out in order to verify the good stay of the house and objects, for damages and refunds. For 2 guests, we consider our guest will be using the double room.
