Located between the airport and the capital of Las Palmas de GC, the finca with the tropical garden offers a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean, just 10 minutes away, to Fuerteventura. The space The guest house on the 18th century finca is located in a typical Canarian stone house that has been extensively renovated since 2009. It has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The 2 smaller guest rooms with a shared bathroom en suite are equipped with a double bed and a double bed and are ideally suited for the small family. A crib is also available. Toddlers also have their demands, so toddlers are also full guests and receive the same attention. For this, please request a special offer. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 beds that can be joined to create a large bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and is only accessible for 4 guests or more. In addition, there are 2 terraces with garden furniture in the outdoor area that can be used by the guests. The finca is located just outside Telde above Los Caserones, between the airport and the capital Las Palmas. Both can be reached quickly in just 15 minutes. It is only a few minutes by car to the many beautiful sandy beaches of Telde and the shopping opportunities in Telde are unlimited. The villa is located 300 m above the sea and there is a magnificent view to the neighboring island of Fuerteventura. 4G Wi-Fi access with 10 GB data volume/week is available as well as a TV with all ASTRA SAT programs also in German. The price for 2 and 3 people refers to the 2 small bedrooms (pictures 2 and 3) with private bathroom and living area/kitchen, from 4 people the prices refer to all 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms It's a non smoking apartment!! Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Guest access Guests use the guest house with a private entrance and, depending on the number of guests, 2 or 3 bedrooms with one or two bathrooms. In addition, there is a breakfast terrace in front of the guest house with a garden table and seating for 6 people as well as a large sun terrace with a garden table and chairs. Other things to note The house is located 1500 m outside the district of Los Caserones and can be reached via a narrow but paved dirt road. Since the property has no direct neighbors, it is very quiet here. The house is air-conditioned according to current recommendations and cannot be cooled during the night, as it is completely CO2 neutral.
