Five artist loft apartments

We are offering it as either 5 separate apartments at 15,000 baht each or at a discounted rate for more than one. The space I have five apartments in this little neighborhood 9 to 12 minutes walk from the BTS Sukhumvit Udomsuk station. Two of them are occupied by happy tenants and the other three are nearing the end of my typical remodelling process. Udomsuk BTS is 15 minutes to downtown Asoke and as a bonus even in the rush hour you can usually get a seat so you can read your email and find out what's up in exciting Bangkok! They are typically 50 square meters of space, done in my classic Thai loft style, every one an original remodel by me and my crew of village craftsmen, with new fixtures and real antique furniture throughout. Pet friendly neighborhood with nice neighbors. New bathrooms. Air conditioned. Expensive Seelye mattresses! Other furnishings and fittings including internet, cable TV, linens, etc provided as negotiated. Short term rental (week minimum) with lower rates for longer lease (typically 18-20k baht per month for 50 square meter ones). Several of my tenants who are mostly artists, small business entrepreneurs, NGO workers from US or Europe, have ended up staying two years and more! I have ten more units in my other Soi 65 "village" so I have openings coming up frequently, if you give me an idea of your plans I will try to work with you. In Bangkok it is very hard to find a quiet neighborhood where you can walk or jog in safety, know that you have reliable friendly neighbors who don’t put up with rowdy teenagers or kamoys. This urban moo bahn (= village, in Thai) is built on the estate of a high Thai police official, now a retired antique collector, who developed the project years ago and still lives at the entryway to the area. A fair number of the familes here are career police folks, and you won’t find a more secure situation than this in Bangkok.
