A large room in the back house of our property, a comfortable double bed, additionally a huge bed sofa, hot shower and toilet, kitchen area with hob, toaster, kettle, dining table and chairs, terrace, green courtyard. The traffic connection is very good, within walking distance to the U5, the "sightseeing line" (main station, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Alexanderplatz) free parking spaces in the street. Please note that smoking is not permitted on the entire property (indoors and outdoors). Guest access If necessary, the washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Ironing board, iron and other utensils are available upon request. Other things to note Three cats live on the premises, but they do not have access to the apartments and should not be allowed by the guests either. We ask you to take this into account and not to feed the cats either. I am happy when my guests feel at home here and have a good time. Therefore, I kindly ask you to communicate with me - both before booking and after or during your stay. In particular, I ask you to read the description of the rental offer carefully and, if in doubt, ask questions. Please note that we are not a hotel. The house is furnished with love and care, according to my own standards. You are a guest on an inhabited, lively property, where people come and go every day. We are unconventional in our way of life, but we value the privacy and boundaries of others. We pay attention to a respectful and careful interaction with each other and we want our guests to do the same. We therefore ask you not to smoke anywhere on the property, either indoors or outdoors. Please do not enter our private house without an invitation. Contact can be established at any time by phone, SMS, email, iMessage or Signal.
