The spacious, comfortable holiday home "La Petite Ganière" sleeps up to 4 guests, is located on the flanks of the most beautiful natural park in France "The Cevennes". The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village of Gagnières and owes its name to the river La Ganière that flows near. The house has a large enclosed garden of 1250 m2 with a spacious swimming pool. The bakery, a small shop and some restaurants can be reached on foot or by bike. The space The holiday home "La Petite" has its own entrance, parking space and a private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The house is on one level, ground floor, and fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room. The house is ideal for 2 people or 2 adults with 1 or 2 small children. In the storage room you will find cushions for garden furniture, games and also some tennis and badminton rackets that you can use. There is also a tennis court within walking distance of our gite. The owners live on site in a separate area and maintain the garden and pool daily. They rent a 5 bedroom house on the property with its own entrance. You share the garden and swimming pool with guests of La Grande Ganière. If you wish to have total privacy, consider renting both. Guest access Guests have full access to the garden and pool. The house itself is fully private to its guests, along with some private seating, cooking and dining areas. Other things to note What does the region have to offer? In addition, there are dozens of castles and museums in our area, not to mention beautiful old villages such as Barjac, St. Ambroix and Les Vans where there is a flea market every week. The Gard also has many activities to offer for children. In terms of location, Gagnières is perfect for visiting Provencal towns such as Avignon, Nîmes, Orange and Uzès. Holiday home "Gîtes La Ganière" is a large house with two independent gîtes. These have independent entrances and external amenities and share the driveway and spacious gardens and pool. Both gites have their own outdoor seating area with tables and sun loungers, as well as a BBQ and a towel and clothes dryer. "La Petite" is a well-appointed and modern bedroom with a double bed and a large sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people. "La Grande" can accommodate up to 10 people with its four double bedrooms plus an adjoining children's room. Outside the high season we sometimes only rent the first floor (called "La Ganière") - two bedrooms and the adjacent children's room.
