There is a plethora of wildlife just off the back step including turtles, fish, birds and alligators This rental is on the top floor which has 2 bedrooms. The 2 rooms are linked with a shared bathroom that has a stall/shower. ,You’ll share the bathroom with our friend who's staying in another bedroom upstairs. My boyfriend and I live here full time on the main floor. We share common space with you such as fully equipped gourmet kitchen (with 5 burner gas stove, air fryer, microwave, fridge, coffee makers, and all utensils needed to cook a full meal), living room, dining room, laundry room, porch, laundry room, yard, parking and the dock. We love living here and want to share this gem to you. There is a small 12ft boat with a paddle available for fishing or floating at your own risk, please make arrangements for the boat upon booking. ---> We are fully vaccinated including booster shot.
