Our 1928 carriage house apartment is walking distance to the Boardwalk, beach, wharf, basketball stadium, and downtown. Cowells and Main Beaches, Steamers Lane, Boardwalk, wharf, and West Cliff Drive (path along the ocean) are all a quick 5 min walk from our house. The apartment is located in a private garden setting, away from the main street, behind our home. There is a separate dedicated garden space for you to use. We hope you will love this historical neighborhood as much as we do! The space The space is on the 2nd story and has windows on each side, so it's very bright. In the early morning you can hear the sea lions from the wharf and sometimes at night you can hear the ocean if the windows are open. It's a very secure space, surrounded by a garden and set back from the street. Other things to note The City of Santa Cruz charges 11% occupancy tax on all rent and cleaning fees. This is included in your stay; no additional charges will be added.
