The space The apartment has a living room with a high ceiling and 4,5 meter (14ft 9 ft) tall windows which provides a beautiful, open view over the farmside A modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The open plan set up of the apartment means you'll enjoy the wonderful wide view at its fullest by looking out on the beautiful meadow while drinking your morning coffee in the comfortable double bed. The luxurious bathroom has a wash table, toilet, walk in rain shower and amenities from Rituals. Located nearby Amsterdam city centre, Schiphol Airport, Haarlem, Zandvoort beach We are at the perfect location, near the city yet you'll also experience a relaxed, quiet stay surrounded by nature and real Dutch landscape without having to compromise. The intimate luxury apartment has its own private entrance. The maximum occupancy per apartment is 4 people. The house is completely self sufficient with its own bathroom, kitchen, living room and sleeping loft/bedroom. It has its own separate entrance and terrace. Therefore you’ll be totally private. Other things to note 🔹If arriving after 10pm, we kindly ask you to show consideration for our neighbours and other guests. 🔹When staying at the accomodation please don't play loud music or make excessive noise after 22:00 🔹The accommodation is not suitable for parties 🔹We are located close to Schiphol airport so you can hear planes fly over every now and then. (Never after 23:00 and before 7:00 ) 🔹by breaking our house rules (smoking inside or bringing pets etc) we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund and charge an additional fee.
