The space The apartment The loft features an open-plan living area with impressive 4.5-metre (14 ft 9 in) high windows overlooking the private green surroundings. The open views create a bright and peaceful atmosphere while offering plenty of privacy. Size • Ground floor: 25 m² (270 ft²) • Sleeping loft: 12 m² (130 ft²) • Total: 37 m² (400 ft²) The open-plan layout creates a bright and airy atmosphere while making the most of the peaceful green surroundings. This loft is one of two private back-to-back apartments, each with its own private entrance and outdoor seating area. Guest access You will have the entire loft to yourself. The apartment is completely private and includes its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping loft and outdoor seating area. Although this is one of two back-to-back apartments, there are no shared indoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy. Other things to note 🔸 ✈️ Location & surroundings Our lofts are located on a traditional Dutch dijk, close to Schiphol Airport and along the dijk road. This convenient location provides easy access to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol. As a result, you may hear airplanes and passing traffic during your stay. The amount of airplane noise varies depending on wind direction and which runway is in us Please note that there are no flights over residential areas between 23:00 and 07:00. 🔹If arriving after 10pm, we kindly ask you to show consideration for our neighbours and other guests. 🔹When staying at the accomodation please don't play loud music or make excessive noise after 22:00 🔹The accommodation is not suitable for parties 🔹By breaking our house rules (smoking inside, bringing pets or extra guests etc) we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund and charge an additional fee.
