Welcome to our property in the heart of Valencia's old town, in the charming El Carmen neighborhood. It combines historic charm and modern comfort, offering guests an authentic Spanish experience surrounded by historical sights, museums, restaurants and bars. Guest access There is only the hall as a common area at the entrance! During your stay Guests can contact us anytime during their stay by phone number or Airbnb message, and we will be happy to assist and provide any information they may need. Other things to note For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a Tourist Dwelling – Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7, of the Consell GVA). For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental – Seasonal contract (in accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 23). The apartment is very centrally located and may be noisy in high seasons. If you are a light sleeper, maybe it's not the best choice.
