The house enjoys a prime location: A few minutes drive from the charming village of Patrimonio and its amenities. Just 10 minutes from Saint-Florent, its port, beaches and lively summer atmosphere. 25 minutes from Bastia (and its port), and about 40 minutes from Bastia Poretta Airport. A private lot allows you to park one or more vehicles, easily and in the shade. Ideal for exploring the surroundings with peace of mind. 🗺️ How do I get to the house? From Bastia: Head towards Saint-Florent. After the village of Patrimonio, you will arrive at a roundabout: Continue straight on to Saint-Florent, Turn right towards Cap Corse / Farinole / Nonza. Drive about 3 km to the Domaine de Catarelli (wine estate): the house is just across the street, with a large gray gate giving access to the land. Park in the shade, under the terrace, next to the access walkway to the accommodation. From L'Île-Rousse: Head towards Saint-Florent, then continue a few kilometers after leaving the village. At the next roundabout: Continue straight towards Patrimonio / Bastia, Turn left towards Cap Corse / Farinole / Nonza. Take this second exit, drive about 3 km to the Domaine de Catarelli. Access is identical: large grey gate, parking in the shade under the terrace. 🚗 Need a vehicle during your stay? Other things to note 🌿 A lively place… but conducive to rest The accommodation is located along the Cap Corse road, which can be busier in high season.
