This beautiful guest house is close to parks, great views, Lake Balboa and Sepulveda Basin, Ventura Blvd with it's amazing restaurants, shopping, hiking, 101 and 405 freeways, 35 minutes to both LAX and Burbank Airports. You’ll love the place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the peacefulness, whether you're just staying for a month or more. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space - Keurig Coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea pods, sweeteners and creamers. - Washer/Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent in the unit. - Direct access to the large back yard from the guest house. - WIFI is Add blocked! - The neighborhood is super-quiet. - Across from an elementary school (which is far to the other side of the block) so there's always unlimited parking. - ROKU smart TV with full 400Mbs speed internet and Cable TV subscription, via DirecTV app. - Dimmer lights - Stocked essential kitchen with all necessary cooking gear (Microwave, Toaster, Grill, Dual Electric Cooking Plate, Crock Pot), utensils, pots & pans. -Ample storage for suitcases, supplies etc, with extra hangers, a luggage holder, and even a safe! -Extra blanket and beach towels are stored in the drawer under the bed. A beach umbrella is also in the closet. - A lot of love was put into this little guest house, and I always encourage guests to let me know if there is any way I can improve the experience! - Free bicycle is available upon request. -FYI this unit shares a doubled wall with another guest house. Guest access -Separate independant guest house in back yard. -No keys to ever worry about. Simple code door access. -Access to entire private back yard, which is sunny most of the year. Other things to note There is street cleaning Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8 to 10am so make sure to move your car to the non-street sweeping side of the street on those days.
