The space --Breathless first-row view of the sea. --Have 3 paths to the sea which is 25m away. --Outside shower, BBQ, and pool (June - Sept). --Very quiet and safe neighborhood. --There are 2 Houses and 2 Apartments at Sesula Bay Resort, all newly remodeled and upgraded. --Excellent for family or group travelers, can accommodate up to 18+ people at once. --All Units have their own terrace/balcony, 2 bedrooms, an entry room, full kitchen with a microwave, hot water kettle, dishwasher, cooking utensils, good sized refrigerator & full bathroom w/shower. --House A1 -Can have up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open-space kitchen with a living room and dining area. The terrace is very spacious with a private BBQ and outside cooking area. It has complete privacy from other units. The only thing shared is the pool. --Check the calendar for lower prices on Units at different times of the year. --Well-behaved pets allowed. Other things to note ABOUT MASLINICA (Šolta) Maslinica is the only village of the island of Šolta that is situated in a cove on the western coast of the island. It is located at 43°39 'north latitude and 16°20' east longitude. It has a really beautiful nature scenery, as the picturesque bay and pine forests on the southern side and in the immediate vicinity a deep, well-protected ŠEŠULA BAY and archipelago of seven islands (Balkun, Rudula, Grmej, Stipanska, Saskinja, Plebrnjak and Kamičić). On the biggest among them, and that is Stipanska, an early Christian church and Benedictine monastery was built in V-VI century of which you can still see the remains. The natural meaning of the landscape of Maslinica completes the historical-architectonic and environmental value of baroque castle and picturesque vernacular houses. Maslinica was established in 1703 when an aristocratic family Marchi asked from a Venetian governor the approval for a new settlement and built a castle with defense towers for frequent pirate attacks. The castle has been converted into a luxury accommodation (Hotel Martinis Marchi) and a restaurant called "Conte Alberti". Today Maslinica is attractive to tourists, and to boaters the ŠEŠULA BAY which is located near Maslinica. It is connected to Split through Rogač. Residents are engaged in fishing and increasingly family tourism. As a tourist destination, Maslinica is interesting to lovers of nature, natural beaches and clear water.
