Explore The Wye Valley From This Beautiful Barn

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area. The space The Hay Store has been refurbished to a high standard offering a cosy hideaway after a day exploring the magnificent surrounding area. Organic milk, cereal, tea, coffee and cake are provided for your arrival to get you settled in. There is an open plan kitchen/sitting room with comfy sofa, armchair and digital TV/DVD, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave etc. A small hallway leads to a south facing courtyard that looks out over the farm barn complex. The hallway leads on to a shower room and a separate dual aspect double bedroom with luxury king size bed. Guests also have use of our paddock and double garage for storing of bikes/canoes/climbing kit. There is a washing machine/dryer available for guests by arrangement and a small charge. Guest access For outside space guests have their own private south facing courtyard, paddock with trees and direct access onto National Trust parkland and walks. Guests can store bikes/canoes/climbing kit in our lockable barn. Other things to note Depending on time of visit attractions and venues may be operating seasonal hours or days, or require advance booking. Please check in advance to avoid dissapointment and feel free to ask for alternative suggestions. Our lovely neighbours also have a 1 bedroom annexe available through Airbnb (The Old Dairy, Peterstow) so if looking for two separate but next door properties together we may be able to accommodate.
