Small Room w/ Private Vanity and Sink, Shared Bath

This is a very clean room with all of the basics. We have a very fast Wifi connection. The bathroom has a private vanity and sink, although the rest of the bathroom is shared. (toilet/shower) Access to a kitchen. There is ample street parking. This room is located upstairs. We have another separate listing for another room in our home that is much larger. Due to the size of this room, we are only offering it for one person since the bathroom is shared with a quiet professional male in his 50's. The space This is a 15 year old home, with central heating and air. We spend a lot of time to keep the place clean and tidy. Guest access Guests will have access to the laundry, a shared kitchen, you will share a toilet and shower, although there is a private sink a vanity.
