Condo in Greifensee

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use. The space This is a large apartment, 99sq.m with downstairs private laundry room. I am often away for longer periods and therefore the apartment is listed for your sole use. But of course I live there for the rest of the time and all my things are there! A lovely aspect is the patio and private garden which greatly extends your living area in summer. Guest access Availability: as listed in Calendar for sole use of the entire apartment, with own garden and own laundry room. There is a master bedroom with new king bed and you always have your own bathroom. Other things to note Rentals usually a minimum of 7 days. If I am away for longer I prefer longer rentals. See calendar! If you ( females only) would like to share with me, you will need to check availability and such rentals are limited to 3 days.
