Small two bedroom, bungalow, basic furnishings. 1st bedroom with a queen & TV. 2nd bedroom doubles as laundry room with washer & dryer, and queen. Large sectional in the living room which can sleep 1-2. Large tv with streaming services and wifi. Small, basic, very old home with the typical old home quirks and character, it has wear and tear! Great for budget-friendly travelers. Pet friendly (with fee). Street parking. (NOTE: I am currently scraping hallway trim so it can be repainted.) Simple, old but small well equipped home. I am scraping trim to refinish in the hallway so it will appear scraped/peeling. Kitchen and dining area ready to use. All of the main floor is open for your use. BASEMENT: (NO ACCESS) The basement is storage only, I prefer you not to enter the basement. (There are open steps to the basement, with a stair guard, and curtain.) ATTIC: (NO ACCESS - LOCKED) There is a door to the attic in the kitchen with a set of stairs going up into it, this is just rafters and insulation like most attics. Available 24 hours via cell. Close to the I29 Interstate, close to grocery stores, convenience stores. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Bus stop one block away. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, but on limited times. If you are without a vehicle I suggest double checking their availability. There are cab companies always on call though. Accommodations: Please don't expect a 5-star hotel - this is budget accommodation at a private home that is 100 years old. The price you are paying does not cover professional cleaners, my family and I clean between guests. If you are looking for a professionally-cleaned, self-contained, hotel-style environment, options are available in Sioux City. Television: Streaming services ONLY, a variety of apps available. During Snow: When a snow emergency is declared by the Mayor, odd/even parking goes into effect throughout the city. On even days of the month, park on the even side of the street after 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. the following day. On odd days of the month, park on odd side of street after 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. the following day.
