Downtown modern house with garden enjoyment

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy. The space Pets are allowed during the stay, please let me know when you make the reservation if you are bringing a pet. We ask that they not be allowed on the furniture including beds. The backyard is fenced and there is a large dog door that can be shut or opened. The two gates have some gaps allowing a small dog that has the desire could get through.
