Each 1 bedroom downstairs: 525sf All units have: Beach: towels, chairs, coolers. Outside: Plenty of outdoor seating, shower & hose for to rinse off. Washers/Dryer each unit Full kitchens: Full fridge, stove, above stove microwave coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, 2 bedroom unit has dishwasher. Dining table and chairs Living room STARTER PACK: This is just to start you out for a a day or 2: dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs. All linens for beds, bath, kitchen, etc. Wifi, Smart TV's, streaming PARKING: Free parking in front for 4 vehicles. ***Parking spaces are small, so we CAN NOT accommodate OVERSIZED vehicles. If you have any concerns, please ask. Upstairs 2 Bedroom unit: 1080sf Central A/C/heat. Small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Outdoor dining for 6 2 bedrooms, plus bonus room with 2 twin beds , 1 bedroom has king bed & smart TV, other bedroom has king bed. 1 bathroom: Tub and shower Living room :sofa bed full size. 2 Downstairs Units: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 525sf 1 bedroom units are identical. Bedroom: queen bed. Living room: Queen sofa bed Bath with shower only, no tub. Private back patio for each unit. Each unit has its own quiet, very efficient A/C mini-split system for cooling & heating. No noisy window A/C units Guest access Keyless entry: We provide access code for the keyless entry after receiving your picture ID and confirming the unit is clean and ready for check-in. We must have drivers license picture prior to giving access code. Each unit will get a unique code for keyless entry Other things to note Self check-in Locks are keyless entry keypad, but let us know of your anticipated arrival time and any delays, to make sure everything is well upon your arrival. Parking: Parking is directly in front of the building. The 1 bedroom units each have 1 designated parking space. The 2 bedroom unit has 2 designated parking spaces. Limited parking on Gulf Blvd. There is public parking lot next door to property, (paid) overnight parking may not be allowed there. Downtown St Pete is an art and dining scene. Salvador Dali Museum and Museum of Fine Arts are worth a visit. Check for frequent festivals there and around beach area. Many other areas close by to check out including: Pass-a-Grille, Fort Desoto, Dunedin, Gulfport to name a few. These are all within 30 minutes or so from your location.
