The wonderful Baan Sook Jai villa is contemporary in style. It offers a living space with air-condition of approx. 250 sqm and is located in lush greenery 3 minutes’ walk from one of the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots on Koh Phangan Island. The space The villa is tastefully decorated and consists of 3 independent bedrooms each comprising a bathroom with separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a safe. The three bedrooms as well as the living room open onto an infinity salt-water pool surrounded by a very pleasant relaxation area which includes a spacious and very comfortable sala and a large outdoor dining room. The living room/kitchen benefits from a huge sliding window creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor space around the pool. The Western kitchen is fully equipped and joined to a lounge area and TV room with a 55'' SMART TV screen connected to high speed WIFI (fiber optic). Comfortable sofas will allow you to enjoy the screening of movies and TV series on the Netflix account made available to you by the owners. The villa is equipped with a fully integrated sound system that is connectable by bluetooth. It offers guests a musical atmosphere and a very good sound quality for the TV. Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay. Other things to note Please note that electricity is included up to 50 kw spent per day, then you will be charged 7 thb per unit. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke everywhere outside. We would like to inform you that the Thaï law has adopted a very strict policy concerning drugs. In hold or consume may be severely punished. The police is very active on the island to contain this problem. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
