Apartment ideally located 50 m from the tram and benefiting from a private parking space in the basement of the residence. Completely refurbished in 2020, this is a very well-equipped and comfortable apartment. I would love to welcome you there and give you tips for discovering Bordeaux and its surroundings. The space KITCHEN: You will enjoy cooking in this modern and fully equipped kitchen: central island, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, blender, etc. All kitchen utensils will be at your disposal! LIVING ROOM: For your meals and moments of relaxation you will have a spacious living/dining room of 30 m², separated from the kitchen by a central island. It consists of a dining table, 4 chairs. The sofa is a sofa bed, with a 140 x 200 Dunlopillo mattress. BEDROOM: Bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200) BATHROOM: Walk-in shower in a bright bathroom. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Guest access If I'm available, I'll welcome you for the key handover and checkout. In case of unavailability, I will set up an autonomous arrival and/or departure. You will have brochures at your disposal to discover the city and I will be available throughout your stay to advise you. Parking is located in the basement of the residence, my apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator access. Other things to note PROPERTY RULES USAGE PLEASE NOTE: I do not tolerate parties or cigarettes or any other smoking items in my apartment. STORAGE AND AVAILABLE SPACE Please note that this is the apartment in which I live. Some spaces are therefore private. For your belongings you will find in the room: a dresser, a clothes rack. In the bathroom: a vanity. You will be asked to respect the personal belongings present (decoration etc.) ENERGY CONSUMPTION A daily consumption of up to 40 kWh is included, which corresponds to the average electricity consumption for two to three people for this size of accommodation. Any overconsumption will be charged at the rate of 0.25 cts per kilo watt/hour. So please be vigilant and reasonable with your consumption and follow government restrictions: heating at 19 degrees, use of off-peak hours etc. Remember to turn off the heaters when you check out as well. CLEANING Since I do not charge a cleaning fee, it is requested that you do it when you leave the premises: *Remove and put your sheets and towels in the linen basket in the bathroom. *empty your garbage cans (The garbage can area is on the ground floor of the residence entrance) *clean and tidy dishes (dishwasher and tablets are available) *Toilet and clean bathroom * floor cleaning if needed If needed, you will find everything you need in the kitchen: broom closet (vacuum cleaner etc, including robot vacuum cleaner) and all cleaning products are under the kitchen sink. Failure to clean will incur a fee of €60. Incomplete cleaning, a fee of €20. CHECKOUT Turn off the heaters or lower them to a minimum. Put the keys back in the master lock and mix the numbers.
