Bright, beautiful and cozy apartment with BALCONY and other necessary amenities such as STRONG WIFI, located near the center of Prague in a QUIET street :)) Riegrovy sady, TV tower or Vítkovský park are a few minutes walk from the house! All amenities such as supermarket, bakery, farmers' markets, pharmacy, restaurants, public transport or a large shopping center with cinema are within walking distance. There is a garage within walking distance, the maximum vehicle height is 1.9m. The space I offer you a nice modern apartment with two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a balcony and a view of the park on the Žižkov Television Tower. The apartment is located in a very nice residential building with an elevator. In the apartment you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a single bed and a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can comfortably prepare meals with friends or family every day. We provide high-speed WiFi, SMART TV with international channels, washing machine and iron with ironing board. We also provide all the basic amenities such as bed linen, towels, soap, shower gels, hair dryer, etc. :) Guest access This is a private apartment and you will have access to the apartment and all its amenities :) Other things to note According to Czech law, a house book must be kept and recreational fees of 50 CZK/person/night must be collected. The fee is not included in the price. All travelers staying in my apartment must complete and sign the online forms that I will send them before their arrival. THANK YOU for respecting my place! :-)
