Looking for an authentic Andalusian experience in a homey and friendly hostel? Come join the El Granado family :) Our mission is to help travellers to meet and exchange stories, make new friends, have a great time in Granada and get a good night's sleep. We organise events in the city and on the sunny rooftop with two terraces. We will spend some time with you at check-in telling you all about our wonderful city. You're in for an unforgettable experience :) The space You are going to stay in a shared 3 BED MIXED DORM with individual lockers, individual sockets and reading lights, comfortable bunk beds with curtains. Heating and air-conditioning. There is FREE WIFI everywhere in the hostel, even in the bathrooms! You'll find here two common areas with kitchen, guitars, board games, as well as 2 rooftop terraces! You can join the many activities we organise for our guests every evening. Guest access We are located in the historic center of Granada near the Granada Cathedral and everything is a short walk. If you are coming by car, you can park at Parking Gran Capitan (1 minute walk to the hostel) for €15 per day. The train station is a short walk. The bus station is accessible by bus in 20 minutes or taxi in 10 minutes. And the airport is 40 mins away by bus or taxi depending on your budget. Other things to note • RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 9:00 TO 21:00. If you think you will arrive later, please let us know and we will send you the late arrival instructions. • This is a protected and historical building and elevators are not permitted. Room allocation • You're booking a BED in a shared dormitory and not the whole room. Booking the maximum number of beds in a dormitory does not mean that one whole room is being booked, the beds assigned for the reservation can be located in different dorms, according to availability. • If you’re traveling with friends or family, we’ll do our best to book you in a room together – but this can’t always be guaranteed. It's important to make only one booking for all the people in the group. Age Restrictions • Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 or over). • Guests who wish to bring their children under 16 years of age must book a whole dorm. • Unlike some hostels we do not have an upper age limit but the majority of our guests are backpackers in the 18 to 30 age range. Prices and Taxes • All prices are quoted in Euro. • In case of extension of a reservation, the rates applied will be the ones valid on the date that the extension is made.
